Smoking Terminology

Hot Smoking

Just fill it full of your favourite BBQ foods, load your chosen bisquette flavor, and turn up the heat !

You would usually do this if you are about to eat the food hot or shortly after smoking. The Bradley Smoker is capable of hot smoking at temperatures up to 160 deg C (320 deg F ). In the case of the Original and Stainless Steel models, the temperature is controlled by means of the sliding control on the front of the units. In the case of the dgital models , the temperature required is set using the digital control panel.

Barbecuing

The Bradley Smoker is great for barbecues - if you want the smoker to be the center piece of the barbecue then it is light enough to pick up, carry, and position.

Just fill it full of your favourite BBQ foods, load your chosen bisquette flavour, and turn up the heat!

Generally the smoky aroma will penetrate your food in the time it takes to cook as normal. Alternatively you could prepare in advance by giving the food a period of cold smoking before finally cooking.
